Your Report
During this activity you identified your problem, high level goal and the specific behaviour you are trying to change. You can see these below.
Problem:
In urban areas, excessive reliance on car traffic leads to various negative consequences, including air pollution, noise, congestion, and reduced space for pedestrians and cyclists. This situation decreases the quality of life in cities and contributes to environmental degradation and public health concerns.
High Level Goal:
To reduce car traffic in city centers and promote cycling as a primary mode of transportation. The aim is to create a more sustainable, livable, and healthy urban environment, while also addressing climate change and improving air quality.
Behaviour to change:
Reduce Car Use: Encourage fewer trips by car in urban centers, especially for short distances. Promote alternative transport options such as public transportation, walking, and cycling. Increase Cycling: Foster a shift towards increased bicycle use by making cycling more accessible, safe, and attractive through the expansion of bike lanes, cycling incentives, and awareness campaigns.
Below are each of the barrier cards you selected as part of this activity.
