People not being able to properly dispose of trash in public restrooms.
High Level Goal:
Increase awareness and mindfulness, and diligence in keeping public restrooms clean for others' usage.
Behaviour to change:
Have people make a conscious effort to dispose of their hand towels/other sanitary items properly in the provided trash cans instead of letting them drop to the floor.
