Problem:

Passengers use several contactless cards/devices in London Transportations leading to incomplete journeys, and paying more than the right fare.

High Level Goal:

reduce the number of incomplete journeys, reduce maximum fares payed by passengers due to misunderstanding the mechanism of TfL system

Behaviour to change:

Tourists and infrequent transportation users to use the same contactless card/device when touching in and out of the trasnportation
