Problem:
3rd party delivery apps like Uber Eats dominate the delivery space because they collect everything in one place. This means that even when Maccas is chosen by the user, Maccas loses a chunk of revenue to the 3rd party service.
High Level Goal:
Increase delivery orders placed directly through the updated MyMaccas app.
Behaviour to change:
When users are hungry and decide to order delivery, they go straight to the MyMaccas app, rather than browse for what looks good on the UberEats app.
