Problem:
people who receive a letter that offer different ways of solutions don't interact with my company to arrange one of those solution together. more precisely, my company works in credit management and my clients are debtor who havent' repaid their debt so far. at this moment, i recently acquired them as clients, and i'm contacting them to offer a solution and solve the debt.
High Level Goal:
people interact with my company to find a solution and solve their position
Behaviour to change:
people receive my letter and decide to call my company or to find an agreement theirselves on my digital platform.
