Problem:
Urban pollution levels are increasing due to improper waste disposal practices. A significant proportion of residents dispose of garbage in streets, open spaces, and public areas rather than using designated waste collection systems. This contributes to environmental degradation, public health risks, blocked drainage systems, and reduced quality of life.
High Level Goal:
To reduce environmental pollution and improve public cleanliness through proper waste disposal behaviours
Behaviour to change:
Residents dispose of their household and personal waste using designated waste bins and official collection systems, rather than littering or dumping waste in public areas.
