With all of my commuting and time away from home, it is difficult for me to find time to exercise. I have gotten into a routine of complacency and inconsistency, which can affect my health.
High Level Goal:
To exercise regularly, even though I am gone a few days/week.

Change inactivity to activity by scheduling regular exercise
