Problem:
Flea and tick treatments are polluting waterways when pets swim or bathe too soon after application or come into contact with water. This contamination is largely due to pet owners not following veterinary advice on timing and proper disposal of pharmaceutical waste.
High Level Goal:
To reduce the pollution of waterways and damage to biodiversity
Behaviour to change:
For cat and dog owners to follow the correct guidance on waste disposal and pre/post application
