I am no longer in the same physical shape that I used to be and am fearful that I will injure myself if I return to the physical activity that I used to do. Unaware of how to safety reintroduce higher intensity exercise and how to efficiently do this.

High Level Goal:

To increase strength and tone muscle

Behaviour to change:

I want to incorporate muscle building exercises 3x per week into my weekly schedule..
