Problem:
Workplace incidents are increasing however individuals are not completing incident reports. This has caused challenges in ensuring the long-term safety of staff and clients.
High Level Goal:
Creating safe workplaces for staff and for British Columbians
Behaviour to change:
Individual completing an incident report in a timely manner after the incident has taken place.
